Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri

Where have you been all my life? My very first adult beverage, that I fell in love with, was a strawberry daiquiri. Anyone else with me here?

Alcohol tasted so gnarly to me, but you add syrup, ice, and strawberries to the mix and you get an adult slushy.

I love this non-alcoholic (virgin) version of a daiquiri. The addition of watermelon makes it taste just like summer should. Fruity, refreshing, and FUN!

Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri

No Sodas, Please

What makes this have even more pizzazz is the sparkling water and the lemon and lime essential oils.

Since we are trying to be healthy, using sodas for mixed drinks just isn’t an option for me. However, I came up with an amazingly healthier option (to use for mixed drinks).

When a drink calls for lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7-Up), I have been using sparkling mineral water, lemon and lime essential oils (by doTERRA), and Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener.

This solution works famously with my Pineapple Pina Colada Mojito and this daiquiri recipe.

Easy Recipe

There are less than 10 ingredients in this recipe. If you have a blender or food processor, strawberries, watermelon, and my lemon-lime concoction…you are set!

Garnish & Enjoy

All ages will enjoy this festive and tasty bevvie! You can rest assured that when you offer this drink to your kiddos that they won’t be “high” on sugar after drinking these.

Add a strawberry or watermelon slice to the glass edge and enjoy!

PS this recipe does a lot better with a watermelon that doesn’t have seeds, but you can remove the seeds from the watermelon before putting it in the blender or food processor.

  • Ninja Food Processor



  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor (I use a Ninja). Blend until your desired consistency.
  • Depending upon how sweet your prefer your daiquiris, you may want to add more sweetener. I don't prefer them to bee too sweet.
